Local Delivery (Hong Kong S.A.R.)

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over HK$500.

Hong Kong S.A.R.: Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after confirmation.

International Delivery (Worldwide Shipping)

We offer worldwide shipping to accommodate our international customers. Please note that any applicable customs duties, local taxes, and additional shipping surcharges for remote areas are the sole responsibility of the customer. For detailed shipping arrangements and a specific freight quotation for your location, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing your order.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as processing and shipping begin immediately.

If cancellation is still possible, you will receive an order cancellation email at your registered address.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak or promotional periods.

Please allow 7–10 business days for production and delivery of customized items.

Customized items, products identified on our website as non-returnable, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged..

Some products may available for in-store pickup in Hong Kong S.A.R. only.
