Q3: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Q4: Why was my payment declined?

Q6: Can I change my order after payment?
A6: Once payment is completed, your order enters processing immediately and cannot be directly modified. However, you may contact our customer service before the order is shipped, and we can assist you in canceling and reordering.

Q7: How long does it take to receive payment confirmation?
A7: In most cases, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes after successful payment. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or log in to your account to verify the payment status.

Q8: Where will my refund be sent?
