Please contact our Customer Service team via email to cs.hk@espritholdings.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
You must send back the products or hand them over to us to the address indicated in the instructions within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to return.
Items must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached along with all accessories and related documents (e.g., instructions booklet, product certificates, etc.) if any, and undamaged box, if applicable.
Once your return is accepted and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
If a returned product does not meet the conditions for its return, we will inform you and send back such product to the address you indicated in the return form, or if such address is not valid, to the address communicated by you when you placed the order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Please contact our Customer Service team via email, or visit any ESPRIT store located in Hong Kong for assistance within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, at our discretion, and we will bear the delivery costs for returning the item to be replaced or returned, as well as any costs to deliver back to you the replaced Products.

Please note this return and exchange policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the separate legal right of cancellation or return which is available under applicable specifically prevailing consumer law.
